1. Can I always get exactly what I want on mobba.com?
New products and services are being added every day. If you can’t find what you’re looking for
here you can request an item
to be featured on mobba.com and we’ll work on making it available.
2. Will I be penalized for dropping out of my mobba?
No, not if you withdraw before
the mobba closes. However, if you cancel your order after your offer
is accepted but prior to the seller shipping the merchandise, you will
be charged a small pre-determined escrow amount. Why does mobba do this?
The beauty of mobba as a marketplace is that sellers trade margin for
volume sales. If they know you, as a shopper, are committed to the sale,
they will be more likely to bid a lower price. This escrow fee ensures
your commitment, protects other buyers and compensates the seller for
canceled orders. Once a product is shipped, you will need to follow
the
Return and Refunds process.
3. My mobba closed, but I didn't win. Why?
mobba's philosophy is to create win-win environments, so we always
want both parties to come away as winners. However, in some cases a
shopper may offer a price that is too low for to capture a seller's
interest. Or, the winning sellers may not have enough inventory to cover
all of the mobba's demand. If this happens, we encourage you to try
again! Start another mobba and consider altering your offer. Sellers
are looking for mobbas every day, so there's a good chance you'll be
a part of a winning mobba in the future. Also, the more shoppers you
can attract to your mobba, the more interested sellers will be, upping
your chances of getting the deal that you want!
4. What if there are no sellers for an item I want?
mobba.com will try to find
a seller with enough quantity to meet your mobba's request at the maximum
price you’re willing to pay. If we can’t find one, you will receive
an email suggesting other, related items with mobbas and we’ll send
you another alert when the item(s) you want become available.
5. Is it a lot of work to start a mobba?
Not at all. In fact, it’s the same amount of work as joining an already
existing mobba. We need to get a little information from you like how much you’re willing
to spend, the number of items you wish to purchase, your preferred delivery
method and billing and shipping addresses. And like any other mobba,
if you help it grow, you, and your mobba members, will benefit.
6. Sounds like it may take a while.
Not at all. Once a mobba starts, there is a period of about four days before
seller bidding begins. This allows the mobba sufficient time to grow.
At that point, sellers have 24 hours to bid on your mobba.
7. What is the return policy?

8. What if I never receive my item?
When you are part of a winning mobba, you will receive an email with the
seller's contact information as well as the shipping information and tracking
code. You should contact the seller first to resolve any issues. If you've done
this and still aren't satisfied, contact us.
9. How secure are my payments?
Extremely secure. mobba.com
uses Verisign and Authorize.Net to bring our customers complete confidence in making their
online transactions. Your credit card number is stored on Authorize.Net secure server.
At no time is your credit card number stored on our servers.
