• Collection

  You can browse our sites without registering to use mobba’s services, telling us who you are, or revealing any personal information about yourself. Anonymous visits to mobba’s website may automatically generate data not linked to personal information, such as IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, browser types, operating systems, domain names, access times, and referring web site addresses. mobba uses this anonymous data to obtain general statistics regarding the use of the mobba’s websites and specific web pages, to evaluate how its visitors use and navigate the websites on an aggregate basis, and otherwise to run its business.

  If you elect to register to use mobba’s services or otherwise give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide personal information, you consent to the transfer to and storage of that information on our servers, which are located in the United States.

• Our Disclosure of Your Information

• Information You Share on mobba

  Your User ID is displayed throughout mobba (and so is available to the public), and is connected to all of your mobba activity. Other people can see your feedback, ratings and associated comments. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites refer to User IDs and specific items. So, if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your mobba activities.

  If you access our sites from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you, such as your User ID, activity or reminders from mobba, also may be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

• Using Information from mobba

  mobba enables you to share personal and financial information to complete transactions. To help protect privacy, we allow only limited access to other users' contact, shipping and financial information to facilitate your transactions. When users are involved in a transaction, they may have access to each others' names, User IDs, email addresses and other contact and shipping information.   mobba does not tolerate spam. You are not licensed to add other mobba users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report mobba-related spam or spoof emails to mobba, please forward the email to spam@mobba.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms of Use. We may automatically scan and manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages. We do not rent or sell email addresses.

• Account Protection

  Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your mobba password to anyone. If you share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account, whether authorized or not. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

  You can see, review and change most of your personal information by signing on to mobba. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal information because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our mobba User Agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

  Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the site.
