  • Returns Products

    mobba strives to maintain a marketplace that is fair to both buyers and sellers. If you receive an item different than the model number that was described, or that is damaged, you must contact the seller directly to report the defect or damage within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment and to try to able to reach an amicable agreement with the seller.

    Any returned items cannot be returned to mobba. They must be returned to the seller directly. The buyer must contact the seller directly to arrange the return. All returns and refunds are subject to the policy of the seller and may include a restocking fee. Some returns may require pre-authorization from the seller; please contact the seller directly prior to returning any merchandise so you meet the seller’s return requirements. Under most sellers’ policies, to be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to the seller in the same condition you received it, and the item can only be returned in cases of defect, damage or if the item was different than ordered. When contacting the seller to arrange for a return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.

    Unless specified differently by a seller, a traceable method must be used to return your item. Note that normal delivery through the U.S. Postal Service does not offer a signature confirmation service so be sure to request signature confirmation and insurance for USPS shipments. If the seller's return address is a P.O. Box, you will need to ship USPS.


  • Returns Voucher

    mobba will provide a refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased the voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher. After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a mobba credit if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business.

    You can print you voucher by logging into your account and selecting “My Account” tab. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience let us know info@mobba.com. While we do not guarantee a refund except as noted above, we will try to address your concerns.


  • Refunds Products

    Sellers may provide full or partial refunds for buyers, including original shipping costs. When you purchase an item, mobba charges your credit card and passes on payment--less a commission--to the seller. You will need to follow the seller's own refund policy. If you have additional questions, please contact mobba.
