mobba strives to maintain a marketplace that is fair to both buyers and sellers.
If you receive an item different than the model number that was described, or that
is damaged, you must contact the seller directly to report the defect or damage
within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment and to try to able to reach an amicable
agreement with the seller.
Any returned items cannot be returned to mobba. They must be returned to the seller
directly. The buyer must contact the seller directly to arrange the return. All
returns and refunds are subject to the policy of the seller and may include a restocking
fee. Some returns may require pre-authorization from the seller; please contact
the seller directly prior to returning any merchandise so you meet the seller’s
return requirements. Under most sellers’ policies, to be eligible for a refund,
you must return your item to the seller in the same condition you received it, and
the item can only be returned in cases of defect, damage or if the item was different
than ordered. When contacting the seller to arrange for a return, please be as descriptive
as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise.
Unless specified differently by a seller, a traceable method must be used to return
your item. Note that normal delivery through the U.S. Postal Service does not offer
a signature confirmation service so be sure to request signature confirmation and
insurance for USPS shipments. If the seller's return address is a P.O. Box, you
will need to ship USPS.
All sales of mobba Daily Deal voucher(s) are final. The voucher(s) you receive by email
are issued by the merchant and not mobba.com. You should address all issues you have with
that merchant (unless of course it is a problem with our website). However, if you are
unable to contact the merchant after attempting to do so, please contact us
