Welcome to mobba’s Daily Deals. You may have found us through mobba.com or maybe you came by way of a local promotion. Either way, this is where you can save big on local group deals.

Here’s how it works:

1. Daily Deals get you great prices for businesses in your area. There will always be one Daily Deal featured on this site and by submitting your email you will receive regular updates with each new Daily Deal.
2. Daily Deals can last anywhere from 1 day to one week. Some deals are limited by quantity available and will close after all deals have sold.
3. If the Daily Deal offers Group Pricing, that means the more people who buy the deal, the lower the price will be for everyone. So tell your friends about the deal and see how low the price can go. Everyone who buys gets the same lowest price, no matter if they joined first or last.
4. Once you’ve purchased a Daily Deal, you will be emailed a link to your voucher – or in some cases the coupon will be mailed to you. For online links, simply print it out and take it with you to redeem your purchase.
5. There are no refunds or returns after a Daily Deal purchase closes and each voucher is good for one use at the business from which it was purchased.
6. There is no limit to the number of Daily Deals a customer can purchase other than the total quantity available. You can even purchase Daily Deals for your friends. Just enter their email address in the checkout process.

1. What is mobba?
   mobba is a great way for shoppers to join together and get the items they want for a big discount. mobba also provides a great vehicle for sellers to move large quantities of products or services in a very short time frame. And sellers attract new customers by offering great deals, which allow for even larger volume sales.
2. What is mobba’s “Daily Deal”?
   mobba’s “Daily Deal” features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By promising local businesses a minimum number of customers, shoppers can get discounts they wouldn’t find anywhere else. That’s the power of group shopping.
3. Do I have to sign up a group of people to get the deal?
   No. But you'll probably want to invite friends and family. The more people who sign up, the better you chances for getting the deal and lowering the price. Not to mention, mobba “Daily Deals” are fun to use with your friends.
4. Does it cost me anything to create an account or sign up for your mailing list?
   No. In fact, you benefit by being the first to hear about our deals. All deals run for a limited time and have limited quantity, so get in before they’re gone.
5. Once I click “GET NOW”, when will I be charged?
   Once you click “Get Now,” you’ll receive an email (be sure to check your pesky SPAM filters) confirming that you’re committed, but have not been charged. Only after the minimum number of people required sign up and the price reaches the lowest point, or the deal has reached it’s maximum allotted time online, will mobba charge your card. You’ll receive a link to your e-voucher shortly thereafter as well.
6. How does Group Pricing work?
   Group Pricing is available on some mobba items and offers and here’s how it works: the more people who buy an item that offers Group Pricing, the lower the price will drop. You can look at the offer and see what the current price is and how low the price can go if more people buy along with you. So help spread the word - tell friends, post the deal on your Facebook or Twitter account - because the more folks who buy, the better the price for everyone.
7. How will I know if the deal has been a success?
   You will receive an email or you can log in and check the status. Again, make sure to check your spam filter.
8. When will I receive my voucher(s)?
   Once the required minimum number of people commit to the deal, and the price reaches a certain point, you will receive a link to your voucher(s) by email. You may also access your vouchers by logging in to mobba.com and, clicking on “My Account”.
9. Do I need to print my voucher?
   Unless otherwise noted on the voucher itself, you must print the voucher and present it to the merchant. Please make sure you have access to a printer before purchasing.
10. When can I first use my voucher(s)?
    This information will be printed on your voucher and you can find it in the deal “Details” section of our website. Vouchers can typically be redeemed the next day, unless otherwise stated.
11. When will the voucher expire?
    The expiration date will be stated on the voucher and in the restrictions to the deal on our website. This expiration date is binding, except where prohibited by law. If it is not stated in the offer the voucher will expire six months from the date of purchase.
12. Is an ID required to redeem my voucher?
    Yes, please always bring a valid government ID with you when redeeming your voucher. If you give a voucher to someone as a gift, that person should bring his/her ID when redeeming. The merchant may record your name and address to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.
13. How many vouchers will I receive if I buy a package deal?
    For packages that include several different products or services, you will typically receive a separate voucher for each product or service.
14. Can I buy a “Daily Deal” as a gift for someone else?
    Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that “Daily Deals” can be gifted. So unless the fine print specifically states otherwise, gift away! You can send the voucher in PDF format to anyone.
15. If I don't use the full value of the “Daily Deal” in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
    No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for any unused money.
16. Can I combine my “Daily Deal” with other offers or specials?
    No. Not unless the “Daily Deal” specifically states otherwise.
17. What is the return policy?
    All sales are final. The voucher(s) you receive by email are issued by the merchant, not us. You should address all issues you have with that merchant (unless of course it is a problem with our website). However, if you are unable to contact the merchant after attempting to do so, please contact us at info@mobba.com.
18. Are my credit card transactions on mobba safe?
    Mobba is extremely safe. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
19. What if the business closes?
    We are featuring great deals at great places. So the businesses we feature should be active and thriving. Technically, it is the merchant’s responsibility to reimburse you, not ours. However, customer loyalty is important to us, so we will work to ensure that these businesses do not present a risk to your redemption.
20. Is there an incentive to telling my friends about mobbas?
    If your friends make a purchase at mobba, we’ll give you a $5 credit to spend on the site There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, or the credits you can earn. Friends must include a referral code you provide and make the purchase within 30 days. And of course, more shoppers means better deals. So yes, there is an incentive.
21. I just sent a referral to my friend - now what?
    If your friend registers and buys an item within 30 days, you will get a $5 referral credit. This will be credited to your account for future purchases.
22. How long is the referral credit valid?
    It’s valid for 180 days on any items available at www.mobba.com.
23. Can I refer as many people as I want?
    Yes!
24. Can I refer myself or family member?
    Not. Self referral is not allowed. You cannot receive a referral credit for referring yourself, other family members in your household, or current mobba users. All mobba credits earned through self referral will be voided at mobba’s discretion.
25. When will mobba’s “Daily Deal” be in my city?
